Ask to sit down and see the exact services they provide. Ask lots of questions. How many homes do they sell a year? How many years of experience do they have? What is their list price/sell price ratio? How much money do they spend on marketing? Do they have an outstanding presence on Zillow and other essential advertising platforms? Ask the tough questions and do not settle for anything less than great answers! Always be inquisitive and ask questions about anything you do not understand.
