If seller(s) want to and agree to, seller(s) may pay additional commission to a buyer’s agent for buyer’s agent representation. If seller(s) want to and agree to, seller(s) may pay additional commission to Cassandra Merrill and or Shonda Merrill to represent a buyer. Seller(s) can also elect not to have Cassandra Merrill or Shonda Merrill dual represent them and a buyer in their transaction. If seller(s) do not want Cassandra Merrill and or Shonda Merrill to dual represent them and a buyer in the sale of their property, Seller(s) need to communicate this in writing to Cassandra Merrill and or Shonda Merrill prior to signing a listing agreement and it must be stated in the listing agreement. This offer is not valid for all listings or properties. This offer is not valid for any current or past listings, escrows or transactions. This offer is only valid for properties that are listed, and close escrow for $1,200,000 or less.
