  • You can sign most documents electronically, from the comfort of your own home. If notaries are required we can set up social distanced notaries and video conferencing. I am also available 24/7 for video conferencing to help guide you through the process and paperwork.

  • We recommend only allowing showings after three key steps: Viewing a virtual tour and photos of the home, providing a proof of funds, and signing a Property Entry and Declaration (PEAD) form. During showings we advise all REALTORS and clients to adhere to the California Association of Realtors guidelines for showing homes, which includes the use of personal protective equipment.

  • Inspections

    We sill advise all inspectors and vendors needing to access the property to sign PEAD forms and adhere to safe distancing and the use of personal protective equipment.

  • We can suggest escrow and title companies that will help facilitate more of a contactless closing process. This includes social distanced notaries and video conferencing to help answer any title and escrow questions.

  • You can arrange with escrow to have the sale proceeds wired directly into your bank account.
